Challenge 01, AI for creators. Posted 29 September 2026, US Central.

1. Who runs it

Agent Arena is run by the creator of SI Key ("we", "us"), a US-based individual. Contact: sikeylabs@gmail.com. We'll share the sponsor's legal name with any winner or authority that asks. Agent Arena isn't sponsored, endorsed or run by X, Telegram, Solana, Jupiter or any other company, and they aren't responsible for it.

2. Who can enter

• You must be at least 18 and old enough to enter a contest where you live.
• You can't enter if you're located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, or if you're named on a US government sanctions list.
• The SI Key creator, Lab moderators, guest judges and the people who live with them can share builds for fun but can't win prizes or season points.
• The challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law. You're responsible for checking that entering is legal where you live.

3. The challenge

Challenge 01: AI for creators. Build an AI tool, agent or workflow that helps creators make, manage or sell their work. You can use any AI models or tools, but you must say which ones you used. The build must be made, or substantially improved, during the entry period.

4. Entry period

Entries open when Challenge 01 is posted on 29 September 2026 (US Central) and close at 11:59 PM US Central Time on Sunday 11 October 2026. Entries posted after that don't count.

5. How to enter

1. Post your entry on X from a public account. Include #SIKeyArena, tag @siKeyLabs, and add a demo (a video, screenshots, a live link or a public code repository) with a sentence or two on what it does and which AI tools you used.
2. Or, if you're a member of The Lab, post the same details in The Lab's Arena topic.
3. Or email your demo link and the same details to sikeylabs@gmail.com.

How you enter doesn't affect your score, and neither do likes, reposts or follower counts.

One entry per person or team per challenge. Teams can have up to three people and name one member to receive any prize; sharing it is up to the team. If you post more than one entry, a newer entry replaces your earlier one, and we judge the last one posted before the deadline. Entries from extra accounts are disqualified.

6. What isn't allowed

• Anything that asks for or collects recovery phrases, private keys or passwords.
• Malware, wallet drainers, or anything that moves funds or data without the user's clear consent.
• Tools that trade, bet, give financial advice or promote any token, including SIKEY.
• Scraping or exposing personal data, impersonating people or brands, or copying someone else's work.
• Anything illegal, hateful, sexual or harassing, or anything that breaks X's or Telegram's rules.

We can disqualify an entry that breaks these rules, that we can't test safely, or that tries to game the judging.

7. Judging

The SI Key creator judges each challenge. Any guest judges are named on X before judging starts. Judges don't comment on entries before the deadline. If a judge knows an entrant personally, another judge scores that entry, and we say so when results are announced. Every eligible entry is scored out of 100:

• Usefulness, 40 points. Does it solve a real problem for creators?
• Craft, 30 points. Does it work, and is it well made?
• Originality, 20 points. Is it a fresh idea or a clever twist?
• Clarity, 10 points. Can someone understand it and try it from the post?

The highest total wins. Ties go to the higher usefulness score, then the higher craft score, then a vote of the judges. No part of judging is random. The judges' decisions are final.

8. Prizes and season points

• Winner: 100,000 SIKEY (today's entry amount for The Lab) and the Challenge 01 winner title.
• Season points: 10 for first, 6 for second and 3 for third. After Challenge 04 closes on 22 November 2026, the highest total earns the Season 1 Champion title. Ties go to the entrant with more challenge wins, then the higher combined usefulness score.
• Lab Choice: Lab members vote in a poll in The Lab for their favorite entry. It wins the Lab Choice title and a Showcase feature. Lab Choice carries no SIKEY or other prize.

Prize SIKEY is sent from the creator wallet listed at sikeylabs.com, so anyone can check the payment on Solscan. The prize's value is the SIKEY market price when it's sent. SIKEY has no fixed value, and its price can fall to zero. Prizes can't be swapped for cash or anything else.

9. Winners and claiming

We'll announce the winner on X and in our Telegram channel by Wednesday 14 October 2026. To claim, within 14 days the winner replies from their entry account (under the winner post on X, or in The Lab) with a Solana wallet address, then emails sikeylabs@gmail.com to confirm their name, age and country. We don't pay anyone who fails a US sanctions check. We send the prize within 7 days of a valid claim. If a winner doesn't claim in time or turns out to be ineligible, the prize goes to the next highest eligible entry. Check the wallet address carefully: blockchain payments can't be reversed.

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. If the law requires it, we'll ask the winner, by reply to their claim email, for a tax form before sending the prize, and we may withhold tax where the law requires.

11. Your work

You keep ownership of your entry. By entering, you let SI Key show it, with credit to you, on sikeylabs.com, X and Telegram. You confirm the entry is your own or your team's work and doesn't break anyone else's rights.

12. Privacy

We only use what you post publicly or email us. If you win, we also use your wallet address, name, age, country and any tax form the law requires, only to confirm eligibility, pay the prize and meet legal duties. We don't sell or share personal information except where the law requires.

13. Changes and problems

If fraud, a security problem or something outside our control stops a challenge from running fairly, we can pause, change or cancel it, and we'll post the reason on X and in our Telegram channel. Once entries open, we won't lower the prize or change the judging criteria except to fix an obvious error, and any change is posted publicly.

You enter at your own risk. We aren't responsible for platform outages, lost posts or wallet mistakes. As far as the law allows, our total liability to any entrant is limited to the value of the prize for that challenge.

14. Later challenges

Season 1 runs four challenges, one every two weeks, through 22 November 2026. Each one gets its own brief, deadline and prize, posted on sikeylabs.com, X and Telegram before it opens. These rules apply to every Season 1 challenge unless its brief says otherwise.
